Zodiac Hotel & Aqua Park - Hammamet

The hotel rooms are spacious with a separate toilet and bath, making it convenient for families.

The entertainment was primarily in French, making it less inclusive for English-speaking guests.

the venue was amazing, i thoroughly enjoyed the location not far from the marina, the beach and restaurant, and city views. the staff was very good and delivered nice service. the location was particularly good in action. food was fantastic and i have nothing but such wonderful memories from this trip.

Absolutely amazing hotel, I loved its perfect location.

Everything was simply really good. The room was bright and beautiful, complete with the bedroom. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the beach, Sousse and restaurant.

Good staff, but frequent issues

The staff were friendly. The pool area was enjoyable for our kids, with fun slides and activities. The cleaning service was consistently reliable. Our room felt tidy.

Our experience was marred by intermittent Wi-Fi, made connecting with family back home challenging. The food options were quite limited and repetitive, leading to boredom during meals.

That very few other Brits were there.

A short walk to the restaurant Viking. Easy to get around Hammamet with a boat dock located very close to the hotel. The staff of zodiac went out of their way to make our stay incredible. We had a nice balcony.

Pools and slides fun!

pleasant, modest, hardworking people, full of dignity work for the hotel. Excellent price/quality ratio. Very good cuisine, lovely animation, proximity to the hotel beach, big enough swimming pool, rather big parking, good location. They really care for the guests at the hotel.

had problems with wi-fi internet connection in the lobby and some strange situation with the transfer back to the airport- the driver demanded the money 5 minutes after we left the hotel and said he had no gasoline for the trip, finally he filled the tank and we were at the airport on time

Food and "food-staff" was exellent! So was the nightshows, the daily activities in the pool etc and of course the animation team!

The carpet on the floor in the hotelroom was not the most clean carpet I have seen.. Also the hard beds may need an upgrade ;-)

The Aqua Park was great, especially the slides. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and also found the gym for some fun workouts. Highly recommend!

The food was very tasty .The hotel staff was very friendly and reliable .Although ,I stayed only for a short weekend break.I Am planning to stay for one week next spring.

What I didn't like the most is that the air-conditionner wasn't operational although It was very hot.

The best was the food but nothing else.

I didnt like: - shower and hot water!!! Dirty plates and glasses in hotel. The cleaner did not empty our bin in the bathroom.

Here's the real story

A fantastic family vacation filled with fun and entertainment! The pools and water slides were exhilarating, and the Tunisian couscous was a highlight at meal times. The staff were mostly friendly, and the cleaning service was consistently reliable. A great choice for an lovely getaway!

Nothing- Its disgusting...would never stay here again!

The Hotel offered good compromise between price and comfort.

The flap of the door which lead to the circular verandah. It confused me every time when I tried to move from my room to the reception hall.
